Take a deep breath!

When you're feeling down...just think of the following quote! It might sound simple, but sometimes these positive thoughts, just do their work and make you feel better!

Create your own happiness

This quote basically sums up all I've learned in therapy over the last year. Instead of searching for the ultimate state of happiness, I now embrace set backs and deal with them. And lo and behold: happiness was just around the corner. Just deal with your problems and keep on walking!
